Emily fell in love with the historical photography process of cyanotype while studying at university and 10 years on, she is still as enthusiastic and inspired to create the iconic blue prints that cyanotypes produce.
Drawing inspiration from her natural environment and themes of memory and traces, she uses a combination of presses flowers, found objects, photo negatives, and text to make beautiful and thought-provoking art.
As well as original artworks on paper, fabric, and wood, she also produces a selection of homeware and decorative items with her designs on, including lanterns, coasters, ceramic mugs, and greetings cards.
